ProfitHub Academy provides digital products and online services only, including courses, strategies, bots, and subscription based plans. As no physical goods are shipped, returns or exchanges are not applicable.

Once access to digital content has been granted, purchases are generally non refundable. This includes access to courses, strategy collections, bots, and pricing plans.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase along with valid proof.

For manual payments, access is provided only after payment verification. If a payment is made but access has not yet been granted, users may contact support for assistance.

ProfitHub Academy reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests in accordance with this policy.

All products and services offered on ProfitHub Academy are digital and delivered online. No physical shipping is involved.

After successful payment and verification (where applicable), access to purchased courses, strategies, bots, or plans will be granted to your registered account.

For manual payments, access is activated after payment confirmation. You will receive instructions at checkout on how to complete the verification process.

Once access is provided, you can log in at any time to view your available programs and digital content.

Access to purchased content is granted to one registered account only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is not permitted. Access may be suspended if misuse is detected.

All content is delivered online through the platform. Videos and materials are streamed and are not available for download unless stated otherwise.
