Because access is granted immediately after payment, all sales are considered final.

 

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • We do not offer refunds once access has been provided

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase

  • This applies to all courses, bots, mentoring, and programs, unless stated otherwise in writing

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical errors that prevent access and cannot be resolved

  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Approval of refunds in such cases is at the sole discretion of ProfitHub Academy.

  • If a service is offered as a subscription, cancellation will stop future billing only

  • Previously paid fees are non refundable

  • Access remains available until the end of the billing cycle

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access

  • Permanent termination of your account

  • Restriction from future services

ProfitHub Academy does not control their refund timelines or processing delays once a refund is approved.
